+ How often do I get new assets?
We upload new content every other week, making sure you'll get (at least) one new collection of templates, photos, videos, and mockup collection every month.

+ What is already available when I join now?
If you join now, you'll get instant access to our full creative vault incl. 4,000+ images, videos, mockups, & Canva templates. From Reels, carousel posts, slide decks, Canva websites, pre-made brands, to short-form video and drag-and-drop mockups.

+ What happens if I cancel?
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you'll have access to the vault until the last day of your subscription. After that you will no longer be able to log in or access any of the content associated with your subscription. You'll still have access to all the assets you downloaded. If you're on the Pro Plan, you'll still have rights to resell the assets you downloaded while your subscription was active.

+ Can I really resell your templates?
The Pro Plan comes with a commercial use license, which grants you the rights to resell the Canva templates and keep 100% of the profit. You'd need to rebrand/customize the templates before reselling, you cannot simply grab our templates and resell them as they come. For example: change the colors, fonts, and/or images, or make other small adjustments. This is just to protect the template industry, so we're not all selling the same templates and have less competition.

Sought After Studio assets included in the membership come with a non-exclusive limited use license.

"Stock Assets" refers to content such as: images, videos, and mockups.
"Templates" refers to Canva templates.

PERSONAL PLAN USERS MAY:
‍
✔ Use stock assets and templates for personal or business use, online and in print.
✔ Use the stock assets and templates on social media platforms, on Pinterest, for blog posts, and on websites.
✔ Use the stock assets and templates as part of Facebook or Instagram ads, Pinterest ads, YouTube ads, and other online advertising.
✔ Resize, crop, add filters, modify colors, and change stock asset orientation.
✔ Use the stock assets to create email opt-ins / lead magnets such as checklists, workbooks, PDFs, and ebooks.
✔ Use the stock assets and templates for multiple businesses/blogs for which the member is the sole owner.

PERSONAL PLAN USERS MAY NOT:
‍
✖ Sell, loan, transfer, make available for download, or give away the stock assets and templates to a third-party.
✖ Transfer membership or login credentials to a third party - whether a client, customer, or business partner without previous written consent obtained directly from Sought After Studio.
✖ Use the stock assets to create derivative products where the stock asset is the main component of the design, such as: art prints, mugs, phone cases, calendars, screen savers, clipart, or similar products.
✖ Include the stock assets in a design or product created for clients/customers (i.e. by modifying the original assets by adding text or graphics).
✖ Include the stock assets in any product with resell rights (including but not limited to MRR, PLR, and RR licensing).
✖ Use the stock assets for clients/customer work or social media management.
✖ Include the stock assets in website templates, design templates, quote templates, or any other editable products.
✖ Use the stock assets and templates for ebooks or physical books to be sold on Amazon, similar mass distribution sites or traditional publishing houses.
✖ Stock assets and templates may not be used for any offensive, defamatory, illegal or pornographic use.
✖ Claim the stock assets as your own or transfer copyright of the stock assets (even if modified) to a third-party.
✖ Use Sought After Studio assets to promote or create content for competing stock content banks, stock asset websites, or similar services that directly compete with Sought After Studio’s offerings.

PRO PLAN USERS MAY:

✔ All topics mentioned at the Personal Plan.
✔ Rebrand, remix, and resell the templates, as long as they're rebranded and customized.
✔ Include the stock assets in a design or product created for clients/customers (i.e. by modifying the original assets by adding text or graphics), as long as they're not the main component of the design.
✔ Include the stock assets in website templates, design templates, quote templates, or any other editable products.
✔ Use the stock assets for unlimited clients/customer work or social media management.
✔ Use the stock assets and templates for ebooks or physical books to be sold on Amazon, similar mass distribution sites or traditional publishing houses.

Legal Considerations:

Copyright of the images remains with Sought After Studio or the original creator of the images and is not transferred to Users.

Credit / Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

Users acknowledge that Sought After Studio (Lynn Noppen Concepts) does not make any representations or assurances of non-infringement and does not make claim to have received releases from any brands, designers, or manufacturers for use of products, registered trademarks, logos or intellectual property portrayed in the images. Users agree that Sought After Studio (Lynn Noppen Concepts) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any of the images provided. Sought After Studio (Lynn Noppen Concepts) shall not be liable for any claims related to, or resulting from, your use of the images, which may or may not have been modified by you, or combined with other content.
